A Remarkable Entry of Tribal Traditions…
Hello friends . I am Anup Shrivastav from Dhar city of Madhya Pradesh state which is located at the geographical heart of India. I have been functioning as a full time artist on tribal paintings for many years. I think that tribal paintings of do not simply draw up the boundaries of many regions as in map but it also
deals with the spiritual qualities inherent in natural landscapes that affect the viewers. My tribal paintings expose the color of the nature, culture and romance of the Bhagoriya festival. This festival is celebrated at the tribal region of Dhar district every year before the vibrant and colorful Holi celebration. The magnificent colorful designs of tribal paintings are bejeweled by the account of
conventional tribal landscapes. My art form reflects a diverse merger of traditional celebration. Moreover , in my paintings, colors on tribal art represent changing weather of nature and great energy and excitement. I like to change the color on canvas animatedly because color have huge impacts on the liveliness of pictures . Colors like orange and yellow are referred to as warm colors, while the green color is used to symbolize life, richness and strengthening in the
psychological sense. I hope that my tribal art composition will become a traditional limelight of tribal men and women.
